Cannot access the SFTP account

I’m trying to upload my game to the hosting provided, but when I try to open the SFTP connection to “storage-direct.id.net” it times out.

Any ideas?

Hi. Please check that you are using correct settings in your SFTP client. You should see yours here:

https://www.id.net/storage_account

Also read everything in this documentation carefully: https://dev.id.net/docs/storage/ - you might find answers in troubleshooting sections.

If you still cannot connect, please give more information:

  • what SFTP software are you using
  • what exact error message do you get
  • what is your IP address

I just attempted to use it again and it’s working now.
